Terms and Conditions for PWAP

Welcome to PWAP (Practice With A Purpose), owned and operated by Pwap Sports Coaching LLC.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PWAP application (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age or have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use this App.

2. Account Registration

1. Users must register for an account to access the App.

2. Students will be charged a monthly fee of $29.99 OR $299.99 Annually for access to the App with free usage of first month after registration.

3. Coaches will be charged a monthly fee of $9.99 OR $199.99 Annually for access to the App with free usage of 12 months after registration and coaches will need to provide accurate bank information to receive payments.

3. Payment Terms

1. Payments for students will be billed on a monthly basis.

2. Coaches will earn $10 for each student on their roster, paid out according to the payment terms established in the App.

3. All fees are non-refundable.

4. Use of the App

1. The App allows students and coaches to communicate, send messages, and share videos for analysis.

2. Users must not misuse the App or engage in any conduct that may disrupt or harm other users or the App itself.

5. User Content

1. Users are responsible for the content they share on the App, including messages and videos.

2. By sharing content, users grant PWAP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content on the App.

6. Termination

Pwap Sports Coaching LLC may terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice or liability if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful.

7. Disclaimers

1. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

2. Pwap Sports Coaching LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of the coaching services provided through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pwap Sports Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Pwap Sports Coaching LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App. Your continued use after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
